Journal #3 "Bad Lighting"
Journal #3: I worked at Sonsie on Newbury street for close to a year and one issue remain constant; the lighting. It caused issues with our work because with older customers we would have to read them the menu because it was too dark to even read the menu. On few occasions some patrons have even fallen from lack of depth perception of lighting because of the haziness. Many restaurants have difficulty achieving the proper amount of illumination to create a relaxing and private environment. Even though the lamps are considered "warm", it is not a practical amount of lighting.
