My choice for exemplifying great lighting is Café Du
Pays in Cambridge. The reason why I chose this spot is their aim for a cozy
domestic feel and achievement of it through lighting. Architectural details are
clear and defined in the space. The higher luminance applied throughout create
a sense of spaciousness. I had dinner here with some friends and found the
dim/warm/non-uniform lighting a relaxing and inviting atmosphere to catch up
over wine.
