Journal Assignment #3: Perception in Lighting Part 2 - Sheila Clarke

Photo #1 is a very poorly lit living room.  The ambient lighting is casting shadows which is causing the room to be hazy and cold.  The task lighting is too bright, it makes you feel like you are under a spotlight

 Photo #2 is a poorly lit restaurant.  You would think the decorative lighting would add ambiance and a sense of privacy, but it didn't.  There was a definite lack of ambient lighting, which made the experience uncomfortable because you couldn't read your menu or barely see who you were dining with.
